Ingredients
1lb of ground beef (80/20)
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 1/2 tbs. of Meat Spice Mix
1 heaping tbs. dehydrated onions
2tbs. quick oats
How to prepare
In a separate container, combine puree, onions, and sauce mix. Then, in a pot, add the beef mixture and cook on med-high, stirring often for around 10 minutes or until most of the water is cooked out. Then turn heat to low, stir in oats until fully blended. Drain grease if needed. ENJOY!
